Back in 2020, I made this post with eco-friendly gift ideas for mothers, and today, after 4 years and lots of new things and experiences, I came to update. Since that time, this site’s main goal has been to organize the most incredible things online and direct them to the right audience, taking into account the fact that people are different, not only in their personalities but also in their moods, especially us, women.

I’m a mother and, although I’m not so strict about using organic or eco-friendly products, I prefer them when I can, both because of their durability and because I feel like I’m doing a little for the world by choosing non-toxic things to me and my daughter, which will be healthy for us and contribute to a more sustainable future. What are eco-friendly gifts?
Several factors contribute to sustainability and environmental friendliness and I have checked on the websites before listing the products below. My criteria for selecting eco-friendly gift ideas for moms, as a designer and mom myself, are the positive reviews on social media, originality, functionality (how nice and useful that might be), and aesthetics. The products below are:
- made from sustainable, renewable, and biodegradable materials, such as organic cotton, bamboo, hemp, recycled plastic, reclaimed wood, or FSC-certified wood.
- produced using environmentally friendly processes, such as low-energy manufacturing, water conservation techniques, and minimal waste generation.
- All of them (except for the books) have certifications like Fair Trade or B Corp, eco-labels and certifications that verify a product’s environmental claims that ensure ethical and sustainable production practices.
I rely on the positive reviews on social media and the website claims to recommend these gifts. Therefore, I recommend double-checking with the brand before purchasing.
